  Keiser Metrics Mastery: Enhancing Programs Through Assessments and Protocols  
 
  This pre-conference event will feature three speakers and hands-on use of the Keiser equipment, assessments, and protocols. You will receive direct experience of assessments and protocols and learn how to use the information gained to create and design programming based on the metrics gathered and the wellness objectives of your programs. Join our Keiser Educational Specialist as you learn the ins and outs of using assessments focusing on power and velocity to inform programming as you work towards data driven results in your facilities. Dr. Stephanie Evans, an expert in Physical Therapy, will lead attendees in utilizing the data presented earlier to individualize programs for various special populations. These include individuals experiencing age-related concerns such as arthritis, osteoporosis, or balance difficulties, as well as those affected by neurological conditions like Parkinson’s, post-stroke impairments, or requiring wheelchair assistance. The session will also emphasize key considerations and potential contraindications essential for effectively assisting these diverse groups.The last presentation will be captained by Christina Pierle, who will demonstrate how data and assessments have been harnessed to capture over 90% participation in their senior housing community at Trinity Landing.
